PanOpticon is the name of a fictional building in Tokyo, as well as the name of the first chapter of the novel number9dream.

In the chapter, the character Eiji Miyake contemplates meeting Akiko Katō, his father's lawyer, who works in the PanOpticon building. The novel describes PanOpticon as being a "zirconium gothic skyscraper" located at Ōmekaidō Avenue and Kita Street in Tokyo's Shinjuku ward. It has a large Panasonic display on its exterior. Jupiter Café is located across the street.
